2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or contracting our services, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use our services. Continued use of the website after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

3. Description of Services

Tráfego para Consultórios is a Brazilian digital marketing agency specialized exclusively in serving medical practitioners with active CRM (Brazilian medical license) and RQE (specialist qualification registry). Our primary services include:

  • Professional Google Ads management: creation, optimization, and continuous operation of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) for medical client accounts, using the official Google Ads API and the official Google Ads dashboard.
  • Meta Ads management: creation and optimization of Facebook and Instagram campaigns for medical practitioners.
  • Medical website creation: custom websites optimized for SEO, AEO, and GEO.
  • Content strategy: content production for Instagram, YouTube, and medical blog.
  • Automation and medical CRM: WhatsApp automation, AI agent for receptionists, lead qualification and management.
  • Training and consulting: training receptionists in ethical medical sales, strategic consulting in medical marketing.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended exclusively for medical professionals with active registration with the Brazilian Regional Council of Medicine (CRM) and the Specialist Qualification Registry (RQE), and to clinics operated by eligible physicians. By filling out our forms or contracting our services, you declare that you hold such registrations or are authorized to act on behalf of a professional who does.

5. Operation of Client Google Ads Accounts (Manager Account)

For clients contracting our Google Ads management service, Tráfego para Consultórios acts as an authorized operating agency through a Manager Account (MCC 836-905-8105). By contracting this service, the client:

  • Grants Tráfego para Consultórios access to their Google Ads account via MCC linkage, with explicit approval by the client in the Google Ads dashboard.
  • Authorizes the agency to create, modify, and optimize campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads on their behalf.
  • Retains full ownership of the Google Ads account and may revoke access at any time.
  • Agrees to be financially responsible for media investments (campaign budgets) charged directly by Google to the linked payment account.
  • Acknowledges that all management is performed in compliance with the Google Ads API Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy, the Google Ads Healthcare policies, and Brazilian Federal Council of Medicine Resolution 2.336/2023.

Treatment of data accessed via the Google Ads API follows the rules described in Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Forms and Data Collection

By filling out any form on our website, you authorize the collection of the information provided for commercial contact and lead qualification purposes. Data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, medical specialty, and location. Treatment of this data follows our Privacy Policy.

7. Regulatory and Ethical Compliance

All services provided by Tráfego para Consultórios are executed in strict compliance with:

  • Brazilian Federal Council of Medicine Resolution 2.336/2023 — Brazilian medical advertising rules, prohibiting promises of results, sensationalist self-promotion, and before/after imagery.
  • Brazilian Medical Code of Ethics.
  • Google Ads policies, in particular the restrictions of the Healthcare and medicines sector.
  • Meta Ads Policies applicable to the healthcare sector.
  • LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law 13.709/2018).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including texts, images, logos, design, source code, and graphic materials — is the property of Tráfego para Consultórios or its licensors, protected by Brazilian copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tráfego para Consultórios does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, as these depend on external variables such as market, location, specialty, seasonality, quality of practice service, and media investment. Information presented on this website, including testimonials and success cases, is illustrative and does not constitute a guarantee of future results.

10. User Conduct

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful information in forms and during service contracting.
  • Not use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas or compromise website security.
  • Respect the intellectual property of all available content.
  • Maintain active CRM and RQE registrations throughout the entire term of the service contract.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The forum of the judicial district of Brasília/DF is hereby elected to resolve any matters arising from these terms, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
